It tells people what you do and where — immediately. Within five seconds of landing on your site, a visitor should know exactly what trade you're in, what area you cover, and how to contact you. If they have to hunt for any of that, you've lost them.

It has a clear call to action. A button. A phone number. A WhatsApp link. Something obvious that tells people exactly what to do next. Every page.

It has real social proof. Reviews, photos of your work, a name and a face. People want to know they're hiring a real, trustworthy person — not a faceless business.
